How to use (5 minutes)
- Write club name, year, and monthly contribution (ZAR).
- List members. Each month mark paid amount or ✓. Put arrears in Notes.
- Update YTD total = sum of months paid (or count of ✓ × contribution).
- Print landscape A4 or “Save as PDF” before meetings. One editor owns the master.
