Honest limits (both sides)
A free tracker (Excel/Sheets) can track contributions and rotation well. Many groups stop there. Gaps show up at year-end, fines/loans, or when a new treasurer inherits three WhatsApp threads and no constitution.

Many healthy clubs use both: sheets (or a pack) for the audit trail, WhatsApp for chat, and optionally an app for reminders — without mixing brands or promising rankings.
